Many homes in our neighhourhood have sold for more than list price. Now is the perfect time to sell. A lack of inventory and multitude of buyers makes for a perfect market setting for sellers.
Buyers on the other hand have to dash out and see that home once it's on the market so as not lose an opportunity to register an offer on the home. Many homeowners are requesting offers on a scheduled date hoping to create a mulitiple offer situation.
Great time to upgrade! There's a huge lack of semi-detached homes available for sale in our area. Buyers, buyers flurrying in and out of open houses. Where were they last January 2009? That's when market conditions created a buyer's market! Remember: Real estate always goes up and it's always Location, Location and Location!
